The show recently held at Port Noarlunga, Arts Centre on July 8th 2017 was a great success with all the audience laughing plenty.
Biographies
AMOS GILL BIO
Amos Gill is one of the hottest young comedians in the country. After a sensational appearance as finalist in the national RAW Comedy competition, Amos went on to earn a nomination for the ‘Best Emerging Comedian’ and ‘People’s Choice’ awards at the 2013 Adelaide Fringe for his solo show – You’ve Changed. At the 2013 Melbourne Comedy Festival, Amos was hand-selected by one of the Festival directors to host the prestigious ‘Comedy Zone’ showcasing four of Australia’s best new comedians. In 2014 he was once again honoured by MICF with a ‘Best Newcomer’ nomination, and in 2016 he earned yet another “Best Comedy” nomination at Perth Fringe.
He’s recorded his own stand-up comedy special for Stand Up At Bella Union on SBS TV, featured on ABC2’s Comedy Up Late, SBS’s The Full Brazilian, spent most of 2013 travelling the globe co-hosting Wacky World Beaters for ABC3, and is regularly seen touring all the top comedy rooms and festivals in Australia.
Amos was picked up by Australia’s largest broadcaster Southern Cross Austereo to host their morning show for 2 weeks in July 2014, during which time he interviewed the likes of Lily Allen. This led to a contract where he is now full time Breakfast host on the flagship Hit107.7 station. On the side he had a starring role in the online topical AFL show Four Quarters.
Mark Trenwith is an Australian stand up and actor who has performed to sell out crowds and rave reviews across the globe with his energetic and personable style. Well known for his high impact audio-visual presentations and polished, non-offensive style.
With TV and theatre credits (Being Me ABCTV, Ben Ten Live) Trenwith is also a well renowned children’s performer particularly with his children’s comedy creation “Mr Snot bottom.”
LORI BELL BIO
This proud Port Adelaide girl can be a little rough around the edges but has a relaxed and engaging style of comedy that lends itself beautifully for MC’ing. Some of her highlights include,

Lori Bell also plays the ukulele playing Nana, Granny Flaps. As Flaps Bell has played at Big Day Outs in Adelaide and Melbourne, toured with Puppetry of the Penis and sold out shows everywhere.
JASON CHONG BIO
Jason’s radio work began in 2005, with three years of presenting NOVA 919’s Nights. He served as a regular correspondent on SAFM’s Breakfast from 2008, the year he also began hosting the Adelaide Comedy podcast. He also presents the daily 10 Secs Education podcast. Jason’s television appearances include The Footy Show, Today (Channel 9), The 7pm Project (Ten), The Squiz (SBS) and The Mansion (Comedy Channel). In 2011 Jason hosted Festival Fishbowl, an online program netcast weekdays during the Adelaide Fringe Festival, showcasing the work of over a hundred comedians. It’s all down to Jason’s quick wit, a general cleverness in his comedy and a specific passion for technology that he brings to it. Jason continues to make us all laugh, and we are delighted to have him back at Port Noarlunga, once again.
